The hotel is located just a short walk away from the historical centre, in a lovely neighborhood that offers a quiet and enjoyable atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views of the city skyline. The staff is friendly, professional, and provides excellent service. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of pastries, cakes, cheese, and meat. the hotel has a charming garden where guests can enjoy their breakfast.

One aspect that could be improved is the size of the showers, as they can be a bit small and challenging to move around in.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Tuscany. The location was perfect, within walking distance of the city centre and offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided us with helpful tips and advice for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities we needed. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and up to a good standard.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Siena. Firstly, the staff was exceptional - Diana and Sara went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. They assisted us with restaurant reservations and provided us with helpful information about the city. The level of service and professionalism was truly outstanding.

No air conditioning, only a floor water cooling system which was ineffective during the sweltering heat of July. The provided table fan did not provide much relief, making for two restless nights.

This hotel is located in a great area of Siena, just outside the center but within walking distance of the historical center. The room is spacious and clean, with a stunning view of the city and Duomo. The customer service is exceptional, with friendly and helpful receptionists. The breakfast, although simple, is hearty and varied. The hotel is in a quiet location, ensuring a peaceful stay.

The only downside is the lack of a common space to relax outside of the room.
